I have loved all things Interior Design for as long as I can remember!
There was no question when I began college as to what I would study- the answer was always-- Interior Design! I graduated from Samford University with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design and went on to earn my NCIDQ.
As the building market shifted, I saw an opportunity to grow and got my real estate license in 2010. I grew a successful real estate business and sold residential real estate for over 12 years. I met lots of amazing people, and gained valuable knowledge about the housing market. I was a top producer in Birmingham during my career, and was voted one of Birmingham's Best Realtors featured in About Town multiple times.
In 2020, I decided to tackle my own major renovation. I had a street in mind and I wanted to find a home on that street to make my own. The rest is history! I found the home-it was the only one I viewed, and I signed the contract the day before our town shut down for COVID-19. There were many moments of uncertainty and doubt and lots of second guessing-but by early 2021- I had completed a dream worthy renovation on my own personal home. This project brought me back to my true passion. It took a little while to get on the right path, but I knew it was time to chase my dreams and find a way to start designing for others full time. At the end of 2023, this dream became a reality and now Interior Design in Birmingham, AL; Lake Martin; Smith Lake and beyond has become my focus.
